摘要
工作装置是铲运机的重要组成部分,铲运机的铲装、翻斗、举升以及卸料工况都是通过工作装置的相关运动来实现的。以反转六杆机构为研究对象,通过图解法试凑设计,并利用Exce l进行数据分析减少试凑次数,以达到设计要求。
The working mechanism is the important part of carry scraper, and it can finish the different courses including loading, tilting, lifting and unloading. In this article, the writer designs the z-bar six-linkages by the graphic method to debug and by Excel to analyze the data in order to reduce the times to debug.
