摘要
阐述了新型卷烟滤嘴材料开发的必要性和用丙纶替代醋酸纤维作卷烟滤嘴材料的可能性;介绍了国内外研制发展概况,对丙纶作为卷烟过滤材料的生产技术路线和经济性进行了比较。通过对聚丙烯分子量、分子量分布与熔体流动速率的关系等的分析研究及生产过程控制,开发成功烟用滤嘴聚丙烯专用料。
In this article , the necessity of developing new materials for cigarette filter top and the possibility of replacing triacetates with PP fiber have been discussed . The domestic and overseas developments of these materials have been introduced and both comparisons on production technologies and economies between the two fibers have been made . The specialty PP for cigarette filter top has been successfully developed on the basis of studying the melt index dependence of PP molecular weight and molecular weight distribution.
