水热合成一维氧化锌及其影响因素 被引量:6

摘要 用Zn(NO3)2、NaOH为原料,十六烷基溴化铵(CTAB)为形貌控制剂,采用水热合成技术制备了一维纳米氧化锌.用X射线衍射仪和透射电镜对产物的相组成和微观形态进行了表征和分析.结果表明,合成的一维氧化锌属于六方晶系,纯度很高,长径比较好.研究了[Zn2+]:[OH-]、碱度、时间、CTAB的浓度对一维氧化锌微观形貌的影响,并探讨了氧化锌纳米棒的生长机理.研究结果表明,增大[Zn2+]:[OH-]、pH值、CTAB的浓度有利于氧化锌[0001]面的极性生长;反应时间的增加可以提高一维氧化锌的结晶度,氧化锌的直径和长度也随之增大. Zn(NO3)2 and NaOH were used as raw material to prepare one-dimensional ZnO using a hydrothermal technique with CTAB controlling as its morphology. X-ray diffraction indicates that ZnO crystal is hexagonal Transmission electron microscope shows that ZnO was in high purity and had an excellent lengthdiameter ratio. Increasing [Zn^2+] : [OH^-], pH and CTAB concentration can help ZnO [0001 ] polar growth By increasing reaction time ZnO crystallization and length-diameter ratio can be enhanced.
