摘要
结合武钢5号、6号、7号3座3200m3高炉出铁场设计实践,对3200m3高炉风口平台及出铁场设计的工艺布置及平台结构形式、设备选型(包括炉前吊车、泥炮、开铁口机及揭、移盖机等)、出铁场除尘抽风量及其分配等进行了阐述。
Based on the casthouse design of three 3200m3 blast furnaces in WISCO, i.e. No. 5, 6 and 7, the author describes the design of tuyere platform and casthouse of 3000m^3 blast furnace, including process layout and design of platform; main equipment selection, i.e. crane at casthouse area, clay gun, taphole drilling machine, cover removal device, etc ; dust extracting capacity and distribution at casthouse.
