摘要
合成了膦羧酸型淀粉阻垢剂,利用正交试验法对合成条件进行筛选,确定了合适的合成条件为淀粉:30%H2O2:磷酸二氢钠=1:0.8:1,CuSO(4催化剂)用量为淀粉的0.1%,pH值5~6,氧化温度45~50℃,氧化时间40min,热反应温度135℃,热反应时间1h。产品具有良好的阻垢性能。
Oxidized phosphated starch as a scale inhibitor,was synthesized from hydrogen and phosphate. The synthetic conditions are studied by orthogonal experiments. The suitable synthetic conditions were achieved, i.e., the mole ratio of starch to 30%H2O2 and NaH2PO4 is 1:0.8:1,the dosage of CuSO4(calalyst):0.1%of starch; pH 5~6; oxidation temperature, 45~50℃; time 40m; thermal reaction temperature, 135℃ and thermal reaction time, lb. The experiment showed better scale inhibition performance of the scale inhibitor.
