摘要
近几年来,对于连铸薄板坯直轧工艺,人们用各种方法对均温时的晶粒粗化、控轧中析出物及再结晶进行了研究。在直轧中,微合金化具有更好的效果,不足之处是初始晶粒粗大和压缩比较小。与传统工艺相比,在一些直轧工艺中,其产品性能指数接近甚至在个别方面更优。本文主要叙述各研究机构在提高薄板坯连铸连轧的产品内部质量方面所做的工作及其所用的方法。
In recent years, people are interested in thin slab casting and direct rolling.The grain coarsing during temper and the precipitation and recrystallization during thermo-mechanical process were studied with different methods. It is found that microalloys have higher efficiency in direct rolling, but coarse initial grain size and lower reduction ratio are its shortcomings. In contrast to conventional process, some thin slab casting and direct rolling process have similar or even better index in a few aspects of product. This artical introduces the study on thin slab direct rolling and the methods which have been used in some research institutes.
