加双CDD无源无损缓冲电路的推挽正激变换器 被引量:8

摘要 给出一种可用于燃料电池发电系统的前级DC/DC变换器方案——推挽正激变换器。针对其次级整流二极管反向恢复引起的电压尖峰,引入了一种双CDD(一个电容两个二极管)无源无损缓冲电路,详细分析了引入该电路后推挽正激变换器工作模态,并给出了缓冲电容的选取原则和输出滤波耦合电感的设计,最后通过仿真和一台1kW实验样机验证了理论分析的正确性。 A front-end Push Pull Forward Converter (PPFC) used in the fuel cell power generation system is proposed in this paper.A passive and lossless dual CDD (one capacitor and two diodes) snubber circuit is added in the secondary to clamp the rectifier voltage.The principle of operation,the selection of snubber capacitors and the design of the coupling inductor are illustrated and verified on a lkW experimental circuit.
