摘要
采用模拟连续退火和模拟罩式炉退火制度对90%压下量的高纯超低碳深冲钢板进行退火热处理。借助三维取向分布函数探讨了不同退火条件和固溶碳含量对再结晶γ织构的影响。结果表明:当固溶碳含量为4ppm和高于88ppm时,两种热处理制度将使再结晶γ织构的密度产生较大差别。I{111}〈112〉/I{111}〈110〉随固溶碳含量的变化曲线的峰位依退火条件而异。
The ultra-low carbon deep drawing steel sheets with high purity rolled to 90% reduction in thickness are annealed by as-continuous annealing and case-furnace annealing treatments respectively and the effects of heat treatment condition and dissolved carbon content on γ texture are investigated by three dimensional orientation distribution function. It is found that two kinds of heat treatment conditions cause the differences in recrystallization γ texture density when C content is 4 ppm or above 88 ppm. The peak position where I{111}〈112〉/I{111}〈110〉is highest depends on the heat treatment method.
