摘要
对黄姜提取皂素后剩下的废液进行柠檬酸发酵,研究发酵温度、初始pH值、可发酵性糖浓度、氮源、氮源用量及发酵周期对该原料进行柠檬酸发酵的影响。试验表明,发酵最适温度为35℃,最适初始pH值为6.8,初始可发酵性总糖为14%(w/v),最适氮源为NH4NO3,NH4NO3用量为0.6%(w/v),最适发酵周期为87h,发酵转化率为90.8%。最适发酵培养基为可发酵性糖含量14%(w/v),NH4NO3 0.6%(w/v),KH2PO4 0.1%(w/v),MgSO4.7H2O 0.25%(w/v),初始pH6.8。
The waste liquor after diosgenin was extracted from Dioscorea zingiberensis was fermented to product citric acid. The effects offermenting temperature, initial pH, the concentration of fermentable sugar, nitrogen resource, dosage of nitrogen resource and fermenting period to produce citric acid with this material were researched respectively. The optimum fermenting temperature, initial pH, the concentration of fermentable sugar, nitrogen resource, dosage of nitrogen resource, fermenting period and translated ratio of fermentation were 35℃, 6.8, 14% (w/v), NH4O3 0.6% (w/v), 87hours and 90.8% respectively. The optimum culture medium composition is the concentration of fermentable sugar 14% (w/v), NH4O3 0.6% (w/v), KH2PO4 0.1% (w/v), MgSO4·7H2O0.25% (w/v), initial pH6.8.
