摘要
为对我国各省市经济发展综合实力进行客观、可靠的评价，本文在分析各省市经济发展综合实力的构成的基础上对其建立了三级评价指标体系。在此前提下，本文应用SPSS软件采用主成分分析法对我国各省市经济发展综合实力进行分析，在得出各个主成分的基础上结合各个主成分的贡献率计算出各省市科技综合实力的综合得分，按照得分的高低对各省市的科技综合实力进行排名、归类，并对评价结果进行进一步的讨论。
In order to analyze the economy development comprehensive strength of provinces and cities in our country objectively and reliably, the paper constructs an evaluation index system on the base of the analyzing of the composition of the economy development comprehensive strength of provinces and cities. In this hypothesis, the paper analyzes it in principal component analysis method by SPSS, and ranks them by the score.
