在聚乙烯醇(PVA)存在下,耐尔蓝(NB)与抗钼杂多酸络阴离子形成离子缔合物,其最大吸收位于585nm,表现摩尔吸光系数ε=3.59×105L·mol-1·cm-1,服从比尔定律范围0~2μgSc/25ml,测定极限3,0ngSc/ml(n=7),对于0.04μgSc/ml测定的相对标准偏差RSD=2.8%(n=10)。离子缔合物的摩尔组成为Sc:Mo:NB=1:12:3。本法已用于地质样品中钪的测定,结果满意。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of scandium has been reported. The method is based on that the heteropoly molybdoscandic acid forms ion-association complex with nile blue (NB) in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The absorption maxinum is at 585nm. The apparent molar absorption coefficient of this ion-association complex is 3.59×105 L· mol -1. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 2.0μg/25ml for scandium. The detection limit is 3.0μg/ml (n=7). The relative standard deviation for 0.04μg/ml scandiurn is 2.8%(n= 10). The molar composition of this ion-association complex is found to be Sc:Mo:NB = 1:12:3. The method is applied to the determination of scandium in some geological samples with satisfactory results.
