摘要
介绍PW1606多道x射线荧光分析仪在高炉生产线上测定生铁中Si,Mn,P,S,V,Ti,Cr,Ni,Cu等微量元素的快速定量分析。文中对影响准确性的背景,谱线重叠和基体的吸收增强效应用PH模式进行了校正。并比较了XRF结果与化学保证值,其偏差符合分析公差要求。该方法已应用于高炉生产过程的质量控制。
This paper describes the rapid analysis method for the determination of minor elements,Such as Si,Mn.P,S,V,Ti,Cr,Ni and Cu in blast furnace pig iron.The corrections for the background,line overlap and absorption enhancement etc in matrics are discussed.The comparation of XRF results with chemical analysis results are made and the differences between the results obtained by the two methods are within the tolerance.This method has been used for quality control of production process in blast furnace.
