摘要
在持续低迷的市场环境下,证券公司行业性陷入困境,目前已有十几家证券公司被托管清理。一系列深层次的问题不断暴露出来,问题既有制度方面的宏观因素,也有证券公司自身方面的微观因素;同时,证券公司治理结构、风险控制方面的漏洞也是其陷入困境的重要原因。因此,证券公司应进一步完善公司治理结构,提升风险控制能力。

A series of profound questions are being exposed constantly, the question has already had a macroscopical factor of the system , there a micro factor of one＇s own respect of securitics company too. Theee questions are to change in a short time. Meanwhile, the loophole of administration structure of securities company, risk control is its important reason gotten into hot water too.
