摘要
主要采用文献资料法、实地调查法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,对温州的竞技体育后备人才培养进行了研究,发现近年来随着市场经济的发展,温州竞技体育后备人才培养一元化政府体育投资发生改变,逐渐形成了政府、社会力量、企业、个人及家庭等多元投资主体共同投资的局面。
Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, mathematic statistics, this study conducted an investigation research the paper analyzed Wenzhou athletic talents＇ Cultivation. The results indicated that Original government-oriented investment pattern of the Wenzhou athletic talent＇s cultivation has been changed with the further development of the market economy, and turned into multi-dement one such as government, community strength, corporation, individual and family.
