干燥处理对碳纤维水泥基材料导电性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究了碳纤维水泥基复合材料在干燥和水饱和两种状态下的导电性能。实验结果表明:当碳纤维掺量低于渗流阈值时,材料是以离子和隧道效应导电,干燥状态下导电率显著降低;当碳纤维掺量大于渗流阈值时,材料以碳纤维网络导电,干燥状态下导电率反而增加。分析表明,干燥状态下碳纤维含量低于阈值时导电率降低是由于离子活度降低之故、而碳纤维掺量高于阈值时导电率的增加是由于纤维间水膜的消失而相互搭接形成网络导电之故。
