摘要
正常大鼠小肠移行性肌电复合波(MMC)由4个时相组成,即Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ时相。8Gy照射大鼠在照射后1小时至7天绝大多数大鼠小肠MMC周期消失,仅有Ⅰ或Ⅱ时相并有分节律,在照射后1小时至3天少数大鼠小肠仍然出现MMC周期,其中Ⅱ时相比照射前明显缩短(P<0.05)。加味四君子汤能使8Gy照射大鼠的MMC各时相及周期基本恢复正常。上述结果提示:加味四君子汤具有调节小肠运动紊乱的作用,这可能是减轻8Gy照射引起大鼠腹泻的原因之一。
The normal intestinal migrating myoelectric complex(MMC) of rats recorded by implanted electrode consists of four phases(phaseⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ).After 8 Gy of γ-radiation for 1 hour to 7 days,the MMC cycle in most of the rats were disappeared only phaseⅠor Ⅱ existed with minute's rhythm.1 hour or 3 days after radiation,the MMC cycle appeared in a few rats with the phase Ⅱshortened significantly(P<0.05).Results of observation on effect of Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction on MMC after radiation showed the changed phase and cycle of MMC were normalized basically by the medication.These results suggested that the Jiawei Sijunzi decoction could improve the intestinal disturbances caused by radiation,it might be one of the reason of its alleviating effect on the radiation diarrhea.
