The main bridge of the Dongguan River Bridge is a through steel-tube-concrete arch bridge with a 280 m-long main span. With the main bridge as an example, the paper analyzes the feasibility of the onestroke pressure-casting of the C50 micro-expansion concrete inside the steel tubes. It also outlines the choice of the conveyance pump, pumping pipes and the design of the mixture ratio of the concrete. The paper describes the pressure-casting process and quality control in great detail.
