摘要
目的:观察消糖胶囊对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用.方法:采用单侧肾脏切除加四氧嘧啶注射的方法制备大鼠糖尿病模型,将实验大鼠随机分为正常组[蒸馏水10mL/(kg·d)],模型组[蒸馏水10mL/(kg·d)],开博通组[2.5mg/(kg·d)],消糖胶囊大[3.81g/(kg·d)]、中[2.54g/(kg·d)]、小[1.27g/(kg·d)]剂量组,每组10只.灌胃给药4wk后,分别测定实验大鼠肾质量、肾功及尿白蛋白排泄量.结果:消糖胶囊大、中、小剂量组肾质量、肾质量/体质量比值、尿素氮、肌酐、尿蛋白排泄量均显著低于模型组(P<0.05),与开博通组比较,各项指标差异无统计学差异.结论:消糖胶囊具有抑制肾脏肥大、减少尿蛋白分泌,改善肾功能的作用.
AIM: To observe the protective effect of Xiao Tang Capsule (XTC) on the kidney of the diabetic rats. METHODS: Unilatetal nephrectomy and tetraoxypyrimidine injection were employed to establish the diabetic rat models, which were randomly divided into control group [ distilled water 10 mL/(kg·d ], Captopril group [ 2.5 mg/( kg·d) ], high [ 3.81 g/( kg·d) ], middle [2.54 g/(kgkg·d)] and low [1.27 g/(kg·d)] dose groups of XTC. After intragastric administration for 4 weeks, we determined their effects on the weight of kidney, renal function and the excretion quantity of urinary albumin. RESULTS: The weight of kidney to body weight, urea nitrogen, creatinine and the excretion quantity of urinary albumin in the high, middle and low dose XTC groups were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). However, compared with Captopri group, there was no significant difference. CONCLUSION: XTC can inhibit the hypertrophy of kidney, reduce the excretion of urine protein, and result in improving the kidney function.
