舌鳞癌中IL-8的表达与微血管生成 被引量:2

Relationship between interleukin-8 expression and angiogenesis in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的表达与舌鳞癌血管形成的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测60例舌鳞癌手术切除标本和10例正常舌黏膜标本中IL-8的表达及肿瘤内微血管密度(iMVD)。结果舌鳞癌标本中36例(60·00%)IL-8呈阳性表达,舌鳞癌iMVD为38·30±12·87;IL-8评分为高级的舌鳞癌组织iMVD高于IL-8评分为阴性和低级的舌鳞癌组织。iMVD与IL-8呈正相关(rs=0·735,P<0·01)。结论IL-8表达与肿瘤内iMVD明显相关,同时与舌鳞癌的临床分期关系密切。 Objective To explore the expression of intedeukin-8 (IL-8) and its relationship between angiogenesis and tumor biological behavior in human tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC). Methods The expression of IL-8 and the intratumoral microvessel density (iMVD) in 60 cases of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma and 10 cases of normal lingual mucosa were examined by means of immunohistochemical method. Results IL-8 was tested positive in 36 cases of the TSCC (60. 00% ), and iMVD was 38.30 ± 12. 87 in TSCC. The iMVD in highgrade IL-8 tumors was significantly higher than that in IL-8-negative and low-grade IL-8 tumors, and iMVD was pos- itively correlated with IL-8 expression ( rs = 0. 73, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion These results suggest that IL-8 expression is significantly associated with iMVD and clinical staging of human tongue squamous ceil carcinoma.
