摘要
“问责制”作为一种责任追究制度,已经发挥了重大的作用,它具有巨大的理论意义和实践意义,基层政府存在一系列不合理的行为,在基层政府中引入问责制,建立责任追究制度,实现有权有责,权责对等,有利于促进基层政府行为合理化,在基层政府中建立“问责制”要从制度、法律、意识形态和角色转变等方面做起。
As one of the system of responsibility follow - up, officials accountability has an important effect on our govemment, which has great significance on theory and practice. The author thinks that there are a series of unreasonable behaviors in grassroot government, introducing officials accountability and constructing the system of responsibility follow - up are helpful to make the behaviors of grassroot government more reasonable. Finally, it helps to promote the right equal to the responsibility. In order to construct officials accountability in the county government, we should work hard at system, law, ideology and the role.
