摘要
高校图书馆担负着为教学和科研服务的双重任务,是培养人才和开展科学研究的重要基地。读者服务工作的好坏成败决定着图书馆工作的服务质量,也是用以衡量广大用户是否得益或是否满意的标准。本文从现代用户信息需求特点的变化出发,针对网络时代高校图书馆读者服务工作面临的新问题,探讨其对策及发展前景。
The university library shoulders the twofold task which serves for the teaching and the scientific research, fosters the talent and the development scientific research important base.The reader service work quality success or failure is deciding the library work grade of service, also is with by weighs the user communities whether benefits or whether satisfies standard.This article embarks from the modern user information demand characteristic change, faces the new question in view of the network time university library reader service work,explore their responses and development prospects.
