摘要
目的对浙江省白纹伊蚊分布区进行调查,掌握登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊季节性动态变化规律。方法主要采用人工小时法,对不同地理环境中的室内成蚊进行调查研究。结果白纹伊蚊是湖州地区主要优势种,占总量的52.9%,5—6月为活动高峰。嘉兴地区的白纹伊蚊为当地亚优势种,所占比例为24.2%,6—9月为密度高峰。宁波、舟山、温州以及衢州白纹伊蚊活动高峰集中在8月。结论白纹伊蚊在我省广泛分布,应进一步加强白纹伊蚊监测工作,并采取有效综合控制措施,将其种群密度控制在经济阈值范围之内..
Objective In order to obtain the dynamic rule of nature population, investigate the distribution region of dengue vector Aedes albopictus in Zhejiang province. Methods Adopting labor hour method in order to investigate the population density of different geographical condition. Results A. albopictus (52. 9% ) took the dominant place in Huzhou, the density of the population reached the peak in May and June. But in Jiaxing A. albopictus was the subdominant, the amount of which was 24. 2%. The peak time of population density was from June to September. The climax of A. albopictus population was in August in Ningbo, Zhoushan, Wenzhou and Quzhou. Conclusion The distribution region of A. albopictus had broad range in Zhejiang province. The surveillance of A. albopictus must be strengthened further and some comprehensive measures must be done to suppress the population density in the minimum of economic thresholds.
