摘要
根据人因工程学科的自身特点及其与工业工程专业的关系,分析、总结了人因工程课程教学内容的选择以及教学中存在的主要问题。指出人因工程课程的教学必须考虑工业工程专业的需要,以培养学生能力为主线,以应用为目的,精心组织教学内容,合理采用启发式、案例式、实验式等教学方法,以课件、网络、计算机等各种现代化手段辅助教学。
Based on the characteristics of Human Factors Engineering and the understanding of its connection with speciality of Industry Engineering, the teaching content of the course and the alternatives of the teaching methods as well as the existing problems with the teaching methodology are discussed in this paper. The author proposes that the methodology should be so designed as to meet the needs of the learners. The general objective and the primary concern should be the development of students'capability of the learned major. To improve the effectiveness of the teaching, the author suggests a heuristic approach, case studies - based and experiments -based activities, CAI means should be utilized.
