摘要
提出了一种基于DSP(TMS320F2812)的CAN总线结构嵌入式机床数控系统的设计方法,解决了数控系统与伺服间指令信息误差对数控系统性能的影响。设计了数控系统与伺服间基于CAN总线的数据结构。所设计的数控系统具有集成度高,结构灵活,可扩展性好及性价比高等特点。
One kind of design method of the embedded CNC system based on the CAN bus structure was put forward, which avoids the system performance to be influenced by the command information error between the CNC and the servo system. The construction of data was designed based on the bus structure between the CNC and the servo system. The designed system has many characters, such as high integration rate, flexible structure, good extension, high price performance ratio, and so on.
