复式脉冲低能量ESWL治疗输尿管结石280例疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨复式脉冲HB-VG型低能量体外冲击波碎石机治疗输尿管结石的治疗效果。方法:采用复式脉冲HB-ESWL-VG型低能量碎石机治疗输尿管结石280例,治疗工作电压4~8kV,平均冲击2500次。结果:输尿管结石碎石成功率为97.5%,复打率为7.9%。中转手术或输尿管弹道碎石占2.5%,未出现严重并发症。结论:复式脉冲低能量体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石具有治疗成功率高、复打率低、无严重并发症、副作用少之优点。
