摘要
50MVA新型静止无功发生器(StaticSynchronousCompensator,STATCOM)采用IGCT链式逆变器。为了有效地对装置进行型式试验,需要对大容量链节进行等价额定工况运行试验及过电流保护试验。等价额定工况运行试验采用所谓的背靠背运行试验方法,两个被试验链节输出通过一个连接电抗相连,通过控制两个链节输出电压相位角来控制链节间交换的无功功率方向和大小,损耗由连接到其中一个链节直流侧的外接直流电源提供。等价过电流保护试验通过链节带感性负载进行。文中给出了背靠背试验、等价过电流保护试验的原理以及试验结果。试验结果表明链节设计达到了链式STATCOM技术标准的要求。
The 50MVA STATCOM to be installed at Shanghai Xijiao substation employs chain-circuit inverter based on IGCTs. For strict type tests, it's necessary to do equivalent rated-state operational tests and overcurrent protection tests for each link. The so called back-to-back test method is employed for the equivalent rated-state operational tests, two Links are connected back-to-back via an inductor, one is controlled to operate in leading mode and another in lagging mode, power losses are provided by a DC power supply connected to one of the dc capacitors. The equivalent overcurrent protection test is carried out through a inductive load. The parameters of the links, the principle and the results of equivalent tests are given in this paper. Tests results confirmed that all performance requirements were met.
