摘要 本文提出了基于PLC变频调速的空压机控制原理,探讨其节能方法,评价其节能效果。着重介绍了西门子MM440变频器、S7-300PLC在攀钢集团特种铁合金公司空压机站改造中的应用情况。现场运行情况表明,往复式空压机采用西门子MM440变频器进行调速节能的改造是成功的,节能效果及控制原理明显,引入PLC控制可大大提高系统的自动化程度和使用灵活性,降低故障率,减少操作员的劳动强度。 A control principle of air-compressors based on PLC VVVF(Variable Velocity Variable Frequency) is introduced,and a novel method for energy conservation of air-compressors is studied in this paper.This paper highlights the transform principles and applications of Siemens MM440 transducer,S7-300PLC used in the air-compressor station of Pangang Group Beihai special ferroalloy company.The results of site operation show that Siemens MM440 transducer applied to reciprocation air-compressor can help energy conservation in the procedure of adjusting speed.The transformation is successful and energy-saving effect is obvious.Introduction of PLC control systems can greatly enhance the automation level and flexibility of usage,lower failure rates and reduce operator labor intensity.
