This paper introduced the biological activities of plant polysaccharide, such as strengthening immunity, antitumour, reducing glycemia, reducing fat in blood, resisting radiate and virus, resisting fatigue and caducity, etc.This paper also introduced the study extension of plant polysaccharide.
