摘要
目的探讨早期教育对极低出生体重儿智能发育的影响。方法68例极低出生体重儿按照患儿有无接受早期教育分为早教组(35例)和对照组(33例),在纠正胎龄生后6个月、12个月和18个月使用儿心量表进行评分,结果以发育商(DQ)值表示,t检验比较两组间的DQ值差异。结果纠正胎龄生后6个月早教组和对照组的DQ值差异无统计学意义[(85±7)vs(86±9),P>0.05],而生后12个月和18个月早教组的DQ值显著高于对照组[(92±12)vs(90±8),P<0.05;(103±13)vs(94±8),P<0.05]。结论尽早、长期坚持早期教育能提高极低出生体重儿的智力商数。
Objective To study the effect of early-education on intelligent development of the very low birth weight in/ants(VLBWI). Methods 68 VLBWI were divided into early-education group( n = 35) and control group ( n = 33), all were examined according to Er xin scale on the 6,12 and 18 months after gestational age was correct- ed,and the results were recorded as development quotient(DQ), the difference of DQ between the two groups were compared by t test. Results There was no significant difference of DO between the two groups on the 6 months [ (85± 7) vs (86± 9), P 〉0.05 ]. However, DO of early-education group was more than that of control on the 12 months and 18 months[(92±12) vs (90±8),P〈0.05;(103±13) vs (94±8),P〈0.05].Conclusion Theintelligence of VLBWI can be improved by long term early-education.
