摘要
目的探讨近肝静脉损伤的救治。方法回顾作者1999年1月至2005年4月收治的近肝静脉损伤8例临床资料。结果 8例中治愈7例,死亡1例。结论及时剖腹手术、术野良好的显露、自体血液回输、确切有效的手术方式,是近肝静脉损伤病人抢救成功的关键。
Objective To investigate the measures of rescuing the patients suffered from juxtahepatic venous injuries. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with juxtahepatic venous injuries treated in our hospital from January 1999 to April 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Of the 8 patients, 7 were cured, 1 died. Conclusions Timely performance of the operation, the best exposing operative field, transfusion of self-peritoneal cavity blood and implementation of the operation perfectly and effectively are the very important measures for rescuing the patients with juxtahepatic venous injuries.
