摘要
以工业油酸为原料,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,温度为50℃,pH值为2.5,在胶体磨中和适宜催化剂条件下氧化制备壬二酸,其收率提高到70%,得到白色壬二酸,产率达到55%左右,具有产业化应用价值。
Azelaic acid has been synthesized from industrial oleic by using potassium permanganate oxidation under favorable condition at 50℃, PH2.5, and in colloid mill, the gathering rate is increased to 70%, and the yield was increased to 55%. The result shows that the synthetic reactions are of industrial importance.
