摘要
杂交水稻汕优63中后期施Ca能提高旗叶中叶绿素和可溶性蛋白质的含量,增加超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,降低膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量.Ca还能增加植株的有效穗、实粒数、千粒重和谷产量,在始穗期前10d每盆施2gCaCl2比施1g好。
Ca, which was applied at the middle and late stages of hybrid rice Shanyou 63, could raise the contents of total chlorophyll and soluble protein, could increase superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and could decrease the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) which is a product of membrane lipid peroxidation in flag leaves. In addition, Ca could also increase the effective panicle of plant, full grains per panicle, 1 000 grain weight and grain yield. It was preferable to apply 2 g CaCl 2 per pot than l g CaCl 2 per pot for ten days before heading and to apply the same amount of CaCl 2 in once than twice.
