摘要
本研究阐述了便携式三维超声扫描膀胱容积测量系统的设计原理和工程实现。设计中提出用双电机三维超声探头对膀胱沿轴向作180度扫描,获取膀胱的12个不同截面的超声信息,通过拟球法计算其容积。该系统的测量准确性和可靠性已经临床试验证明,并获国家药监管理部门批准注册生产。
The design and realization of a portable system for measuring bladder volume are introduced in this paper. The system is based on three dimensional ultrasound scanning. Driven by two motors, the ultrasound scanner performs the scanning with the axial angle of 180 degree. 12 axial sections of a bladder with the same scanning interval are obtained and used to calculate the bladder volume. The system has proved its acceptable accuracy and reliability in clinical trials.
