摘要
通过不同浓度的赤霉素溶液处理,研究了矮秆花培小麦品系对赤霉素(GA3)反应的敏感性。从胚芽鞘长度、第一叶长的变化进行比较,结果表明,花培矮秆品系所含矮秆基因对赤霉素反应不敏感;α-淀粉酶诱导的研究表明,对GA3反应不敏感的品系其活性下降。
Susceptivity of response of anther culture dwarfing wheat to gibberellin acid( GA3) were studied by treatment of different concentration of gibberellin acid. We compared the length of coleoptile and the first leaf of wheat under different treatments. The results showed that dwarfing gene in anther culture dwarfing wheat insensitively react to gibberellin acid. Activety of α-amylase declined in the breed which insensitively react to gibberellin acid.
