摘要
电容器组同步投切的关键问题是断路器投切相位准确度。该文分析了参考电压零点同步误差和操动机构动作时间分散性对断路器同步投切无功补偿电容器组控制准确度的影响。采用自适应同步采样算法减少参考电压零点同步误差;根据断路器合、分闸时间分散性的统计特性,采用补偿算法和自适应控制减少控制电压、环境温度和操作历史对电容器组同步投切控制准确度的影响。测试结果验证了提出控制策略的有效性。
One of important issues is the accuracy of phase when circuit breakers synchronously energize or de-energize capacitor banks. The affects of detection error of reference voltage zero point and operating time scatter of the mechanism are analyzed. A synchronous sampling algorithm is used to reduce the synchronous errors. And compensation and adaptive feedback control algorithms are adopted to reduce the control errors caused by the control voltage, the ambient temperature and the past operations of the actuators. The proposed control algorithms ale verified by the experimental results.
