摘要
对独居石苛性钠浸出,盐酸优溶产生的优溶渣的硫酸浸出液,用叔胺N235萃取铀分离钍及稀土进行了研究。结果表明:铀的萃取率大于99.5%,反铀液中ThO_2/U为(1.8~3.8)×10 ̄(-3),RE_xO_y/U为(1.0~1.6)10 ̄(-3),萃铀余液中的U/ThO_2仅为(3.5~5.6)×10 ̄(-5)。
Monazite is leached by caustic soda. The leached residue isselectively dissolved by HCl with obtained 'selectively dissolved'residue. The later subjects to H_2SO_4 leaching and extraction. This paperdesert bes the results of study on the extraction of U from the H_2SO_4 leached solution with tertiary amine N235 for the separation from Thand rare earth. The results show that >99.5% uranium extraction yieldis obtained and ThO_2/U in the stripped U solution is (1.8-3.8) × 10 ̄(-3),RE_xO_y/U is (1.0-1 .6) ×10 ̄(-3) while U/ThO_2 in U raffinate is only(3.5-5. 6) × 10 ̄(-6).
