摘要
目前,污染物在土壤中生物可利用性研究备受关注,但是,对其涵义的理解存在着较大的差异。污染物的老化作用、非水基质的形成和微生物的移动性都会降低污染物的生物可利用性。污染物生物可利用性同时受很多因素的影响,如土壤理化性质、污染物和微生物性质、污染物与土壤接触时间和环境因素等。生物学和化学评价方法是评价生物有效性的2种方法,与生物学方法相比,化学方法具有耗时短、精度高、费用低的优点。本文在总结前人研究的基础上,提出了今后生物可利用性研究应加强和关注的方向。
Bioavailability of organic pollutants is concerned recently by many researchers. However, bioavailability is difficult to define. Bioavailability of pollutants was reduced due to the ageing, the formation of non-aqueous-phase liquids and the movement of microorganisms. Soil physical, chemical, biological properties, contacting time between pollutants and soil and some other environmental factors play important roles on bioavailability. The bioavailability can be evaluated with biological and chemical methods. Chemical method bears more merits than that of biological method for its shorter time, higher precision and less cost.
