摘要
采用气相色谱一质谱仪和不同类型的色谱柱对工业仲丁醇产品进行了分离和定性分析,确定了仲丁醇产品中的杂质种类,为建立气相色谱定量分析方法确立了目标组分。在筛选色谱柱和优化色谱条件的基础上,选用Rtx-200(书0.32mm×60m×0.50μm)毛细管色谱柱测定工业仲丁醇产品的纯度和杂质含量,实验结果表明,目标组分分离效果良好。根据测定的相对质量校正因子,以校正面积归一化法对不同含量的标准试样进行定量,各组分重复测定5次的相对标准偏差均小于2%,回收率在99.1%~101.3%之间,表明方法的精密度和准确度良好。该方法为仲丁醇生产企业提供了一种快速、可靠的定量分析方法。
Main components in industrial produced sec-butyl alcohol were separated and quantitatively analyzed by means of GC-MS with different columns, Under optimal chromatographic conditions,a capillary column Rtx-200( Ф0.32 mm × 60 m ×0.50 μm) was used in determination of purity of product sec-butyl alcohol and impurities in it. Main components in product could be well separated and analyzed. RSD of the analysis were within 2% and recovery was from 99. 1% to 101.3 %. This rapid and reliable method could be used in commercial production of sec-butyl alcohol.
