正交设计法筛选救必应总黄酮的精制工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究救必应总黄酮的精制工艺;方法:应用正交设计表L9(3)4设计救必应的精制工艺,以总黄酮的量为考察指标,筛选救必应总黄酮的最佳精制工艺;结果:最佳精制工艺为取药材,经提取,将所得的提取液浓缩至一定浓度(每100mL相当于6.67g原药材),然后在其中加无水乙醇,使乙醇终浓度为45%,静置沉淀8h,过滤,浓缩至干浸膏粉。结论:该精制工艺合理、可行。 Objective: To study the process of purification of Cortex Ilecis Rotundae. Methods : Using orthogonal -design method to design the process of purification of Cortex flecis Rotundae and the content of total flavone as index, we screen the best process of purification of Cortex Ilecis Rotundae. Results : The best process is taking traditional medicinal materials, extracting, concentrating extracting- solution to the solution (6.67g/100ml traditional medicinal materials), adding anhydrous alcohol to 45%, standing and precipitating for 8hrs, filtrating, concentrating to dry extractive powder. Conclusion : The process of purification of Cortex Ilecis Rotundae is rational and operational.
