摘要
论述了不同等温淬火工艺对H13钢(4Cr5MoSiV1)组织和性能的影响。H13钢经250℃×10min等温淬火和回火后,得到具有优异强韧性配合的B下/M复相组织。与常规处理相比,在高温强度和塑性不降低的情况下,可使高温冲击韧度提高33.4%。管子钳活动甜头热锻模和哈夫模应用此工艺处理后,使用寿命可比原用3Cr2W8V钢提高1.5~6倍,具有明显的经济效益。
In this paper, the effect of austempering technology on microstructure and properties of H13 steel is studied. Compared with formal treatment, as the B下/M duplex structure is obtained in H13 steel after 250℃ austempering and ternpering ; the high temperature impact ductility increases 33. 4 % without reduce of high temPerature strength and toughness. Using this technology on Hl3 hot work dies of pipe pliers and half die, the service life of dies can increase 1. 5~6 times than that of 3Cr2W8V steel dies.
