摘要
研究了40CrMnsiMoVA钢等温淬火温度对元件轴向拉伸疲劳性能的影响。研究表明,300℃等温淬火可降低材料对应力集中的敏感性,提高40CrMnsiMoVA钢制复杂零件的疲劳性能。
The effect of isothermal hardening temperature on the axial tension fatigue of the components of40CrMnSiMoVA steel was investigated.Experimental results showed that isothermal hardeningat 300℃ can de-crease stress concentration and improve fatigue properties of complex part of the steel.
