摘要
学科信息门户建设中的资源采选是保证服务质量的首要环节,针对目前资源采选中定性标准和方法的不足,该文提出建立基于计量方法的学科信息门户采选机制,拟从网络计量、网络引文分析等定量方法的角度完善学科信息门户的资源采选机制。
Resource selection plays an important role in the construction of subject information gateway. With regard to the lack of qualitative criteria and methods in resource selection, this paper brings forward a new metric measurement based on resource selection mechanism. Then from the point of View of the webometrics and web citation analysis, the authors try to improve the resource selection criteria with quantitative methods.
