摘要
进行了在泡沫铝的制备过程中加入稀土(La、Ce、Y),以增强铝合金的抗压强度的研究。研究结果表明:其中加入Y的效果最好,且通过正交试验,得到最佳的稀土泡沫铝的制备条件为熔体温度700℃,稀土Y添加量为0.2%(质量分数),搅拌时间2 min,保温时间为2 min。
Research is made on addition of rare earth(La,Ce and Y) during foam aluminum preparation so as to improve the compressive strength of foam aluminum. The results show that the compressive strength is best when rare earth-Y is added in this experiment. And the following optimum process conditions are obtained through orthogonal experiment :temperature 700 ℃, Y dosage 0.2 mass %, stirring time 2 min and heat preservation time 2 min.
