摘要
钨极氩气保护焊(TIG焊)几乎可以用于所有金属和合金的焊接,焊缝成型优良,在工业生产中得到广泛的应用。针对钨极氩弧焊逆变电源,进行了电磁防护、热设计、保护电路等可靠性设计研究。
Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding power supply is one of the most useful electric welders in industry. An inverter welder is a complex and powerful load and its electromagnetic radiation should be taken carefully. Base on some problems that are present, this article introduces the reliability measurement which prevent interference source. It directly affect the quality of a welding can process and the lifetime of an inverter welding supply. Some ways and methods for improving the reliability of TIG inverter welding power supply are proposed in this paper.
