摘要
吉林省旅游资源丰富,但在经济利益的驱动下,旅游资源被过度开发,旅游环境质量下降,旅游业已不再是所谓的“无污染产业”,旅游业发展中日益突出的环境、经济和社会问题的出现使吉林省生态旅游迅速发展．生态旅游不是一般的自然旅游,而是一种将可持续发展理念贯穿于整个旅游系统的发展方式,它是可持续旅游宏观指导思想的一种操作上的落实,追求的是社会、经济和生态的综合发展．吉林省实施生态旅游的措施是在生态环境敏感区建立生态旅游实验区和开发旅游资源的科学价值．
There are many tourism resources in Jilin Province, but tourism resources are overdeveloped, tourisn environment declines, tourism is no longer＂ the non- pollution industry＂, Ecotourism receives high development in Jilin Province, it is a tourism form within the sustainable development. It must build ecological test regions and develop tourism resources scientific value.
