摘要
目的:建立测定桔梗样品中桔梗皂苷 E 含量的方法。方法:采用 HPLC-ELSD 法,C_(18)柱(3.9mm×300mm,4μm),以乙腈-水为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),ELSD 漂移管温度112℃,载气(N_2)流速3.2L·min^(-1)。结果:不同产地的桔梗中均含有桔梗皂苷 E,但含量差别较大,其中以安徽青阳产含量最高(0.26%)。结论:本方法稳定、可靠,桔梗皂苷 E 可作为评价桔梗质量的指标之一。
Objective :To establish a quantitative method to determine the content of platycodin E in Radix Platycodohis. Method:HPLC - ELSD method was adopted and platycodin E was separated by C18 column (3.9 mm × 300 mm ,4 μm)with acetonitrile -water as mobile phase in a gradient program, flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min^-1, and the temperature of drift tube was set at 112 ℃, the gas flow ( N2 ) was set at 3.2 L ·min^-1. Result: Platycodin E was found in 10 samples collected in different regions in China and the variety of platycodin E content was significant. The highest content(0.26% )was found in Qingyang, Anhui province. Conclusion :This method is stable and reliable and platycodin E can be used as the one of the factors to evaluate the quality of Radix Platycodonis.
