摘要
由结构光测量系统获得扫描线点云,通过剔除测量方向部分冗余数据点和插补扫描方向的稀疏数据,对物体表面原始三维数据密度进行适当调整。采用基于局部切平面簇的方法对调整后的数据点云进行表面重建,建立优化函数简化网格,并采用Loop细分法平滑网格,获得描述物体表面特征的重建表面。该方法解决了由扫描线点云重建物体表面的问题。
Point cloud from sectional measurement acquired by structured light measuring system has quite different data density on the measuring direction and the scanning direction. Some redundancy points on the measuring direction are removed by sub-sampling and the new points on the scanning direction are added by interpolating. The primitive surface of the measured object is reconstructed by using the local tangent plane method with those of preprocessed data points. Then the smooth surface is obtained through Loop subdivision method. It shows that this method can be used for effectively implementing the reconstruction of the surface with the data points acquired by structured light scanning.
