摘要
运用文献资料、调查、统计分析等方法,以鞍山钢铁集团公司、沈阳铁路局、大连造船厂、辽河油田、沈阳机车车辆厂、锦西炼油厂等6个特大型国有企业的职工体育文化为研究对象,针对市场经济下企业职工体育文化建设的现状进行综合分析,对职工体育文化在塑造企业文化中的地位和功能进行阐释;概括出了现阶段职工体育文化建设存在的问题,提出了市场经济特定时期企业职工体育文化发展的新思路.
This essay uses methods of document research, investigation, statistics etc.. It takes 6 superior large state-owned enterprises' staff athletics culture as researching examples, such as Anshan Iron and steel Co. Ltd, Shenyang Railway Bureau, Dalian Shipbuilding Co. Ltd, Liaohe Oil Field, Shenyang Vehicle Producing Factory, Jinxi Oil Refining Factory. It also generally analyzes the current status of the construction of the enterprise staff athletics culture in market economy and elucidate the position and function of the enterprise staff athletics culture in building enterprise culture. This thesis generalizes problems of current enterprise staff athletics culture constructing and raises new ideas of the development of the enterprise staff athletics culture in certain market economy.
