摘要
本文利用有限单元法对干涉光谱仪精密动镜驱动装置进行了分析,得到了该装置的固有频率和主振型。
The precision driving device of the motion mirror in Fourier transform spectroscopy is oneof the key parts in FTS. Its scanning stability has direct effect on the modulation of the interferogram,especially for the FTS working outdoors,vibrations added by the ground and the carrier have directeffect on fringe contrast.So it is very important to overcome the vibrations,In this thesis,the advanced finite element method is applied to get intrinsic frequency and the main vibration type basing on the experimental results of the selfdeveloped interference device。 These results are the base to overcome the vibration of precision driving of the motion mirror。
