在实验室人工控制条件下,研究了不同浓度柴油污染土壤对小麦(TriticumaestivumL.)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响,并对幼苗体内(根和叶片)的抗氧化酶系对污染胁迫的响应进行了研究。结果表明,柴油浓度500 ̄15000mg·kg-1处理对小麦发芽率影响甚小,当浓度达30000mg·kg-1时发芽率降至61.7%。根长和芽长受柴油污染胁迫抑制明显,在500mg·kg-1低浓度处理中即表现出显著的受害症状(P<0.05)。发芽率、根长和芽长对柴油胁迫的敏感顺序依次为根长>芽长>发芽率。500mg·kg-1的低浓度处理对小麦幼苗生长有刺激作用;柴油浓度为1000 ̄30000mg·kg-1时则明显抑制幼苗生长,其叶绿素a含量、株高和鲜重都不同程度地下降,且随柴油浓度增加受害程度加重。小麦幼苗体内的抗氧化酶系活性随着柴油浓度的增加和胁迫时间延长(出苗后7d和10d)呈现相应响应,总体上超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性随着柴油浓度增加而增强,过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则随污染浓度增加呈下降趋势。小麦幼苗根部和叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)含量对污染胁迫响应不同。
Effects of diesel oil stress with different concentrations on seed germination, seedling growth of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) and the activities of antioxidant enzymes in the leaf and root of wheat seedlings under artificially controlled conditions in laboratory were studied. The results showed that the seed germination rates were not significantly inhibited in the treatments of 500 to 15 000mg· kg^-1 diesel addition except the 30 000 mg·kg^-1 treatment in which the germination rate fell to 61.7%, Root length and shoot length were markedly inhibited under the diesel stress even in the lower concentration treatment with 500 mg·kg^-1. Sensitivities of emergency ratio, root length and shoot length followed the order: root length〉shoot length〉emergency ratio. The seedling growth was stimulated in the lower diesel concentration of 500 mg·kg^-1, while inhibited in treatments with diesel concentration of 1 000-30 000 mg· kg^-1 in which contents of chlorophyll a, seedling height and fresh weight decreased in some degree and the more the diesel stress increased, the more the damage increased. The antioxidant enzymes in the root and leaf of wheat seedlings responded to the diesel stress with the increased concentration and prolonged duration, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased with the diesel concentration increasing, but the activity of peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) in the leaf and root of wheat seedlings decreased. The content of malonyldialdehyde (MDA) in the root of wheat seedling differed from that in the leaf under diesel stress.
